Well, hey there, blog. I abandoned you. Whoops.

Just so you folks know, i'm liable to retire this blog if and when i buy a domain name. I might do so soon, and i think i'd be interested in using a free platform for the content like Blogger, but i might give Wordpress a try, too. we'll see.
